Retailer's Partner Program

In addition to providing the items you purchase for your store to sell, you will also receive 25% of any sales that are shipped to customers via our web site that are in your reserved area, simply for being a Retailer’s Partner. Cross-referencing all our sales with a list of zip codes that you provide does this. For example: If we receive an online purchase order for an Oscar (K-10) at $179.99, 25% ($45.00) will be credited to your account for additional purchases of our Feline Furniture. This is done automatically and each month we will notify you of your purchase credit.

This program has been set up for two reasons:

	1. To assure that if a customer sees the item in your store, but decides to purchase online, you are guaranteed payment as the authorized dealer for your area.
	2. We don’t want to sell to customers. That’s your job! Feline Furniture Factory is in the business of making cat furniture, not selling it.

All products from our site are only offered at Suggested Retail Pricing. We do not have sales or discounts for our web site customers, however there are periodic discounts to Retail Partners. We market to retailers, not customers. Since 1990, we have provided quality cat furniture to many pet stores. Our web site serves customers where our line of furniture is not available as well as providing customer support for your customers.

To qualify for the Retailer’s Partner Program, you must meet the following requirements.

Have a storefront open a minimum of 40 hours per week.
Availability to receive shipments Monday through Friday.
Initial order of 10 units.

Retailer’s Partner Program Benefits:

	Reserved Area of Sales – All new sales will be credited to you. All referrals of our product line will forwarded to your place of business.
	No new retailers in your reserved area – No other retailers whether applying for the Partners Program or not, will not be accepted if they are located in your reserved area.
	Purchase Credit via web site – Any and all sales via our web site will have 25% of the units purchase price credited to you. This credit price will automatically be applied towards payment of future orders up to 50% of the order you place.
	Discounts and Specials – From time to time we will offer discounts and other specials only to our Retailer Partners.
	Web Link to your web page on our Web Site – We will place a link to a web page on our site so customers in your area can locate your store. If you do not have a web page, we will make a simple one-page site for you free of charge.

You must place a minimum of one order every three months, no minimum orders. Credit balances that have been issued via web sites must be used within 90 days of credit or credit will be lost. If no order is placed during any 90-day period, you may be dropped from the Retailer’s Partner Program at our discretion.

You do not have to participate in our Retailer’s Partner Program in order to purchase our line of feline furniture, many locations start with just two or three test units before entering the Retailer’s Partner Program. No new accounts will be opened in any area once a Retailer’s Partner reserves the area. Reserved areas are on a first come, first served basis. It is possible for two stores 15 miles apart to request the same areas. In this case the existing partner will retain their reserved area and will benefit from all web sales and referrals.

Feline Furniture Factory maintains a restricted sales area. The above zip code information is to reserve those areas closest to you for participation in our Partners Program. We will not sell to or authorize a store to provide our product within a 10-mile radius of a store once participating in our Partners Program. In cases where a stores coverage area overlaps a zip code that is already reserved for an existing partner, the existing partner shall continue to receive credits from all web sales. These Zip Codes are also used to cross-reference your reserved area for credit from all web site sales. Each store purchase may have a total of up to 50% of this credit balance applied to the payment of their order. Purchase credit balance is retained for 90 days. If no order is placed within 90 days, that credit balance is null and void.
